No Books Allowed: Product Review [Display With Pride]

No Books Allowed is the brain child of Raimy from Readaraptor. It's a way to share with you what I have been doing with my time that has nothing to do with being a blogger, or reading books.

It's been a while since I last posted a 'No Books Allowed' post, and although I have a lot to share with you all I thought I'd share a product review instead. As some of you know I've been running as a way to stay fit, and what started as a Couch to 5k course, soon turned into parkruns, and 5k races, which eventually led to a 10k race.

My first official 5k race meant a lot of things to me, it was my first 5k race that I ran instead of walking, it was my first race as a Roy's Runner to support the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, which also meant this was my first running race, as a Roy's Runner, in memory of my Dad.

I have plenty of medals, and running photos, but this was something I wanted a a special keepsake, and after much searching I found Display With Pride, a family run business that makes personalised frames for whatever you need framing.

From the moment I contacted them via their facebook page they answered all my questions, suggested frames I might be interested in, and didn't push. It was several months before I had the spare money, and finally got back in touch with them about an order. Throughout the whole process they answered all my random questions, kept me updated with the order and it's delivery, as well as answering my questions about the frame assembly. They went above and beyond what I expected from them, and really helped me out.

The frames themselves come in a variety of prices, sizes, and shapes for your needs. You have options to send your items to them to get placed, or go with the DIY route (like I did) and assemble your frame at home. You have options of frame colour (black or white), top layer mount colour, double mount (trim) colour, and space to put in any information you want on the frame (name, date of race, name and distance of race, time)

The frames are tracked, and come delivered via parcel courier. They are well wrapped up and come with clear instructions on how to assemble your frame. I am in love with the finished product, and I can't wait to be able to purchase another frame for my first 10k race that I completed. Below are some images, from packing, to pieces and parts, and instructions.
